Preparation of Profit and loss statements and Balance Sheet on month-end of various clients.
Preparation and submissions of VATs every month on behalf of clients.
Conduct meetings with UK’s client via phone and video conferencing.
Teaching, leading and sharing work with subordinate and assist them in completing their task.
Creditor’s reconciliation, Debtor reconciliation, & Cash flows analysis.
Analysis of director shares and director loan accounts.
Calculation of headoffice costs for the clients who have different branches across the UK.
Preparation of cash accounts to show internal financial position of the companies in real time.
Addressing the discrepancies between the actual figure and the figure submitted to HMRC (UK’s revenue collection authority).
Preparation of supporting documents of submitted VAT returns in case of HMRC’s inspections.
Working on many accounting software predominantly on IRIS Accounts production, Xero and IRIS open
Book/Free Agent.
Preparation of financial statements and calculation of Corporation Tax.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly VAT returns of different clients.
Submission of VAT returns to HMRC.
In contact with clients for gathering required information for VATs and annual accounts.
Assisting small companies’ employers in maintaining their internal cash flows and budgeting
