Sales Executive

Creatif soft is a well-known digital agency that provides complete web solutions to enterprises and new businesses. We are looking for a passionate, result driven and highly motivated IT Sales & Support. The ideal candidate must be capable of maintaining a good relationship with customers as well with the technical department. Must be tech-savvy, digitally native and enjoy using all forms of digital media to connect with potential clients across the globe.

Job responsibilities:

• Answer local and international calls from customers to assist with questions about products, services, and answer basic technical questions according to the industry.

• Multi-task and interact with other departments to resolve customer needs, check the status of work orders, and schedule appointments and service calls.

• Deal with our international and local clients on call, emails and live chat.

• Developing online sales strategies for expanding the customer’s portfolio.

• Able to achieve sales targets and maximizing revenue from existing clients.

• Good Understanding of post and pre-sales. Be prepared to write sales proposals and pitch to clients.
