- 8:00AM/9:00AM to 5:30PM/6:30PM GST Sundays to Thursdays and 9:00AM to 1:00PM GST Saturdays
Ideal candidates should have:
- Prior administrative experience.
- Must be confident in providing prompt and consistent administrative and back-office support.
- Strong attention to detail and keen sense of accuracy in carrying out tasks.
- Ability to manage and prioritize own workload whilst adhering to tight and pressing deadlines.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly, and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player.
- Timely delivery of tasks/assignments.
- Data Entry, Email Communication, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Google Docs, Email handling, Data Auditing
- Vlookup, Power query, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and Slicers etc.
- Laptop / Desktop (Core i5 or I7) 7th gen till 11th gen, 8gb ram, 500GB HDD above or 240GB SSD) with webcam
- Headset - USB based headset, noise-cancel ling
- Required Internet Speed: at least 10mbps

- quiet background facilitating outgoing and incoming calls
