In order to qualify for the role, you should be available as per the working hours and interested in a long-term committed project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Call prospective customers by operating dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Influence customers to buy the company products and follow a prepared sales script to provide excellent service.
- Action revival and recycle leads, obtain customer information and update request status.
- Complete new lead requests by registering customers information in the lead form system & to assign it to the appropriate business units.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed on daily basis.
- Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements & access insurance portal to check on the value.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
- Answer customers’ calls and ensure calling back missed and abandoned calls.
- Support the unit manager in any additional assignments.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in telemarketing representative, sales, customer service or relevant position.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Patient and able to handle customers rejection
- Persistent and result oriented
- Skilled on negotiation
