Purpose The Afiniti Security team is looking to add a Physical Fitness Trainer to the team. The trainer would be responsible to ensure physical fitness of the security guards through a varied set of exercises regularly.
The Ideal candidate will have/be
- Retired Army NCO (Non Commissioned Officer) to the Rank of Havildar.
- Experience in Pakistan Military Academy (PMA).
- Trained from Physical Training and Mountain Warfare School.
- Age limit should be less than 48 yrs.
- Medical Category should be AYE.
Job Responsibilities
The trainer would have the team perform the following exercises, including but not limited to:
- Aerobic Exercises
- Anaerobic Exercises
- Cardio Vascular Exercises
- Muscle Strengthening Exercises
- Bone Strengthening Exercises
- Stretching Exercises
- Light and Moderate Intensity Activities according to level of fitness
- 2 Mile Run
- Push Ups / Reach Ups / Sit Ups etc.
