Systems / Process Specialist - Financial Services

ACE Union Limited is an FCA-registered UK-based Fintech. We are part of the reputable “ACE Group of Companies”. ACE GROUP is a well-established family of 1 million+ customers spanning around the globe. ACE has a presence in the UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia. It is a Digital Mobile Wallet App for customers in the UK expanding to Europe soon.

We are looking for Ambitious, Energetic & Creative Minds to join this team and help us drive our Mission to take the industry by storm and break the Mould of Traditional Banking.

Responsibilities

Developing And Implementing Processes, Procedures, Or Methods To Improve the Efficiency Of All Business Aspects Like Products, Operations, Customer Services
Ensuring All Regulations Are Followed and Report Any Violations to Management
Conduct Audits of Current Processes to Identify Opportunities for Improvement
Developing And Modifying Policies, Procedures, And Protocols for New or Existing Programs, Processes, and Products
Training Stakeholders on New Process to Ensure Effective Implementation
Analyze Current Processes and Coordinate Stakeholders and Re-Engineer or Modify as Per Best Practices for Their Signoffs
Communicate Process Change to All Affected Parties. Automate The Processes Through Developing and Implementing Systems (Both Backend Platform and App)

Qualifications

BBA or same field
Six Sigma Green Belt (Preferred)

Experience:

02 to 03 Years Minimum
S&P Specialist (Fintech, DFS, or Telco)
