Customer Relationship Officer

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual who wants to make a difference in students' life. You will join a dynamic international team and be responsible for converting inquiries from students interested in studying in the UK, especially from Pakistan nationals. Your responsibilities would include converting inquiries into applications and then enrollments to our partner universities.

Lead Call inquires who registered/attended our Events
Handle incoming walk-in customers, phone calls, appointments, and messages.
Meet students face to face.
Deliver product knowledge to customers through effective communication to increase consumer understanding and product sales.
Manage your student application portfolio through regular follow-up.
Ability to self-motivate and self-manage your student portfolio through positive relationship management.
Understanding Entry requirements of studying in the UK (Training will be provided)
Understanding the different admissions policies of our partners & universities (Training provided)
Ability to work within a team
