Main Responsibilities included:
§Acquiring understanding of complete production cycle & assist in development of costing manual.
§Analyzing all variable & fixed cost involved in manufacturing cycle.
§Assist in SAP implementation and deriving costing standard per unit of production. §Gathering budget proposals from departments & compilation of master budget.
§Preparing budget VS actual performance on monthly basis.
§Preparation of monthly variance analysis (GL wise & cost center wise) with monthly management reporting and investigate the reasons of variances.
§Plan monthly physical stock counts.
§Ensuring that all invoices ,expenses and provisions are recorded in its appropriate account by end of month.
§Computation of inventory valuation on monthly basis (Raw material,WIP & Finished goods) and ensure related GL being reconciled.
§Any other assignment as and when assigned by the supervisor.
