a) Management of pool vehicle of the Company,
b) Maintaining log book all pool vehicles.
c) Prepare & maintain records of Vehicle’s Gate Pass
d) Maintain daily attendance record of 3P workers.
e) Update monthly roaster of 3P workers in TIS (Time Information System).
f) Update leave record of 3P workers.
g) Arrangement of rental vehicle.
h) Data entry of Canteen registers in system and verification and processing of canteen bills
i) Admin Out door work.
j) Maintain proper record of vehicle running, fuel, oil, CNG, etc.
k) Responsible for issuing maintenance schedule of company vehicles as per policy.
l) Ensure timely repair of faulty vehicles and will keep all vehicles in road worthy condition.
m) Ensure proper handing/ taking of vehicle in case of change/ replacement of parts.
n) Will ensure that all vehicles are equipped with complete tool kit.
o) Will arrange refresher course for drivers on safety and maintenance of vehicles.
p) Ensure vehicles are repaired and maintained from company authorized auto workshops.
