Properly coordinate with Engineering department to understand its requirement and provide solution in SAP either by himself or by involving other modules consultants at ASML (if required). 3rd party can be involved if relevant skillset is not available at ASML.
For PM module integration with other modules; properly coordinate with all concerned departments by involving all relevant modules consultants at ASML to understand the business requirement and provide solution in SAP as SAP team. 3rd party can be involved if relevant skillset is not available at ASML.
Consultant should be able to make configuration in SAP PM module if required.
Facilitate users in developing test cases, performing testing and making upload data.
Ability to document meeting minutes, document business requirements and develop training manuals and conduct trainings.
Close coordination with other modules’ consultants such as FICO, MM and PP.
Properly coordinate, document, manage, monitor and report vendor progress during implementation.
Determine WRICEF requirements as per business processes.
Ability to develop Functional Specifications for PM and to get the required WRICEF developed.
Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team and/or third party consultants.
