The salary package is 30,000 Pkr to 50,000 depends on the skills and qualifications.

Requirements.

The candidate must have 3 years of experience in the real estate market.
The candidate must have complete knowledge of Pakistan property law and documentations.
Advice on pricing property and market value.
Monitor and update property listings and Schedule appointments and showings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals
Ability to multitask, manage time and prioritize activities.
Great organization skills to be able to create various scheduled, timelines, and budgets.
Ability to work independently when making important decisions.
Great honesty and integrity skills
Outstanding computer skills for preparing presentations and drafting property sale documentations.
Excellent presentation skills
