1. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and ERP systems, Strong Communication, negotiation skills, time-management and Strategic thinking, Proactive follow-ups. Good analytical skills
2. Review of procurement requisitions, Search and purchase with assurance of competitive & lowest possible rates of goods & services without compromising on quality.
3. Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project/end user.
4. Preparation of RFQ, RFP, Purchase Orders, and order status sheet/Reports.
5. Routine market research to determine the right sources of vendor/supplies for equipment and materials, and services.
6. Monitoring of project procurement progress and liaison with vendors/suppliers during the entire procurement cycle; investigation and resolution of post-order problems and of progress reports on procurement matters;
7. Follow internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements of projects.
8. Follow with freight forwarder/Courier, Customs agent and Inventory team.
9. Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers in order to get the good quality goods & services.
10. Support the Sr. Manager Procurement in the identification, assessment and management of procurement-related matters.
