Responsibilities
- Guide & Follow Up existing interested venders about registration process
- Guide them about venders package plan etc
- Handle vender queries via calls/emails/web enquires
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with venders
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with 6-12 months Clients Service & Support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent English communication skills required
- Have the ability to respond to Emails.
- Self-management to be professional Customer Services Specialist
- Proven customer support experience or experience
