Manage branch operations, and ensure smooth execution to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels

Job Description / Responsibilities

Their work includes:

  • Effectively manage daily operations of the branch
  • Develop and implement sales plans for real estate
  • Conduct regular sales and operations meetings
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calls, network and social media
  • Use all available means in order to establish contacts and develop relationships with potential customers
  • Manage budget, allocate branch funds, and define financial objectives for the branch
  • Demonstrate and present products to potential customers
  • Brief employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
  • Organize events for the branch if required
  • Coordinate with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints on prompt basis
  • Must plan to achieve weekly or monthly targets
  • Negotiate/close deals
  • Comply with company’s dress code policy
  • Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization

Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Proficiency in convincing/ negotiating skills
  • 7 to 10 years working experience in project sales and Real Estate Sales

Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques

  • Fast learner and passion for sale manage
  • Team management

Se Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Managerial Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
