Supervise all customer care department activities.

Supervise and provides confidential administrative assistance to Customer care department
Greets Clients/Visitors to maintain a professional image.
Ensure Communication/coordination with all the representatives involved in Customer care department to allow the most effective flow of process.
Ensure that customer care team is guiding and dealing with Client’s installments, transfers and refunds according to the standards.

Serves as a liaison with external institutions, other office executive with chairman.

Supervise for customer care support till client’s presence in Al Bari premises.
Escort client to the relevant floor/department/person through customer care team and as required.
Supervise the team for clients with documents and receipts.
Ensure that team is properly facilitating client at the time of booking or while depositing installments.
Ensure that clients query is properly addressed and its forwarded to designated authority.
Serves as a liaison of client with documentation, accounts and legal department.
Supervise in coordination, direction, and fulfillment of special tasks given to Customer care department by the Chairman.
Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
