Job Purpose

Coding, layout, design and maintenance of website according to the company’s specifications.

Job Description / Responsibilities

Their work includes:

· Designing, Building and maintaining of website and software application.

· Working closely with web designers and programmers to produce the website.

· Effective use of management and content tools, scripting languages and digital media.

· Consulting team to resolve conflicts and prioritize the needs.

· Editing, writing or designing website content.

· Maintain an understanding of the latest web applications and programing practices.

· Researching different software programs, maintaining software documentation.

· Ensure to evaluate code to meet the industrial standards.

· Analyze technical requirements from user needs.

· Constant communication with other colleagues in the business to develop and deploy their content – and ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe.

· Implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down.

· Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built.

Qualifications and Skills:

Requirements include:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer sciences or relevant field.

· Solid knowledge and experience in programing applications.

Ability to flourish in fast – paced environment.
Ability to develop ideas and clearly present them.
Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge.
