- The Key responsibility includes handling efficiently all the procurement activities related to heavy Machinery spare parts procurement that’s used for construction
- Evaluate equipment suppliers and negotiate purchasing agreements for equipment
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- To procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project / parts Quality and Specification requirements.
- Prior to ordering, to check all ex-stocks availability in central stores and sub stores.
- To ensure timely delivery of equipment to support site works as per approved work program.
- Prepares documentation for internal process as per set Standards.
