Daily coordination of third party/own bank account Post Dated cheques from debtors to creditors.
Daily posting of Journal Vouchers in ERP Software.
Daily Bank Reconciliation.
Posting Monthly/Annual Adjusting entries for Accounts Finalization
Verification and Finalization of All Accounts for monthly and annual financial statements.
Posting of Bank Payment vouchers and Bank Receipt Vouchers in ERP.
Prepare All Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS.
Weekly reconciliation of debtors and creditors ledger.
Coordinate with ERP team for customization/verification and development of reports.
Co-ordinating with transporters/brokers/vendors of raw material to fill and release raw material trucks.
Verify that data entered in All modules of the ERP is correct. (through co-ordination with respective personnel).
Responding to All queries of the Directors and submitting any reports that they require.
Prepare schedules and provide relevant information as required by external auditor.
Ensure All aspects of compliance required by SECP for Private Limited companies.
Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.
Candidates willing to work Long term with the company (atleast 8-10 years) will be preferred.
Having prior experience of working in the Accounts department of a Poultry Feed mill will be a plus point.
