- Managing and Schedule Support Staff Duties (Office Boys/Drivers/Gardeners/Painters etc.)
- Staff/Workers Mess affairs and its support staff and keep alternative arrangements ready
- Manage Existing Housekeeping staff and keep Alternative Arrangements ready
- Official vehicles logbooks Strict tracking
- Timely repair and maintenance of vehicles from approved/recommended workshops
- Keep liaison with Govt. Departments (Local Govt., Health, Police, WAPDA, Environment, EOBI, PESSI, Labour etc.)
- Various support/maintenance activities of staff residences
- Renewal of Various agreements/Licenses etc. (i.e. Rent, Mess, Janitorial Services, Transport, Weapons, and Security etc.)
- Any other duty assigned by the management
