Job Responsibilities

  • Managing Calendar (meetings, appointments)
  • Arrangements of meetings and recording minutes of meeting
  • Check emails and organize the inbox
  • Manage phone calls
  • Follow up for tasks assigned by the Director to different people
  • Maintaining documents control system of Director's office
  • Arrangements for guests followed by appropriate protocols.
  • Excellent Command over MS. Office, (Power Point, Ms. Word, Advance Excel will be preferred).
  • Project Management/organizing software, tools.
  • Expert level of literacy in new trending business reporting such as Power BI, Power Query.
  • NOTE - Non-Shift
