AlphaSquad Technologies is a fast-growing technology company having fully established businesses in the USA, Canada, Australia, Latin America, and Europe. We are aggressively expanding our team and now looking for a Business Development Executive to participate in achieving the business growth targets of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelance, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, LinkedIn)
- Prospecting on business platforms to explore business opportunities, by getting projects / making new clients for the company.
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages * Track metrics to ensure targets are hit Qualifications
- Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites
- Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Maintain a very high rating on all online platforms
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s)
- Should be comfortable in working in Eastern Time Zone
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target
- Generating sales report for CEO & Director Sales Department
Must-Have:
- Proven experience in freelance platforms mentioned above.
- Must understand basic software development paradigms and terminologies.
- Hands-on expertise in writing proposals for projects of IT Services, Web & Mobile Application development
- Must communicate fluently and effectively in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Must have experience in professional Email Writing.
- Experience with handling international clients related to IT services and products.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and applications
- Should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets
