- Systems management and administration of VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS Web Applications, SQL Server, McAfee MVision and other technologies in a multi-server, multi-site environment.
- Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, and hot fixes on servers, workstations, network hardware and virtualization
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures, ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Hands-on working experience on Firewalls and Virtualization technologies
- Understanding of network technologies (LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewalls, Routers, Switches)
- Strong background with Mac OS X, Windows Client OS: configuration, management, security, etc.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for internal Mac system hardware, software, and peripherals
