As a healthcare solution provider, CHS is successfully carrying out revenue management services for its clients based in the USA. Our product: ALTUMED, a Revenue Cycle Management Software takes Medical Billing to another degree of automation and advancement.
In Pakistan, with our main Office in Abbottabad, AltuMed has offices in Lahore and Islamabad as well where the business teams are working to improve the user experience and process for the clients.
We, at AltuMed, are currently looking for an experienced UX/ UI Designer in our IT Department at our Abbottabad/ Islamabad/ Lahore Offices.
REQUIREMENT
A user-experience (UX) designer has to be proficient in multiple skills, ranging from psychology to design and technology. UX designers also need to have a clear understanding of business goals and user behavior.
- Lead the research, design and dynamics of user experience in ALTUMED.
- Visualize and designs necessary to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas to the larger team (wireframes, clickable prototypes, detailed annotations, etc.) Finesse designs at a napkin, vector, and pixel level.
- Work with designers, researchers, product managers and developers to understand and communicate user’s needs and behaviors to inform and shape product strategy/roadmap and create design deliverables for each release/sprint.
- Translate wireframes and designs into code, collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects and Product Owner to understand product requirements
- Active participation in the Agile software development lifecycle
- Quickly prototype and iterate on ideas
- Significant experience in front-end application architecture, frameworks, development methodologies, and mobile user interface design principles
- Solid programming abilities in HTML5/CSS3/JS including at least one JavaScript framework (AngularJS, BackboneJS, KnockoutJS and others)
- Experience with at least one of CSS pre-processor (LESS/SASS/SCSS and others)
- Build a cross-functional team culture of transparent collaboration that results in clearly and quickly deliver ideas for feedback and iteration.
- Please note that this position focuses more on the design and philosophy of the application. Having an experience with front-end development is a plus (but not mandatory).
QUALIFICATION
- BS Computer Science / Software Engineering
- 6 or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
- Extensive experience with SOFTWARES and Web- based Applications (mandatory)
- Expertise in UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and excellent JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
