We are hiring Call Center Representative (male/female) Candidates for you Rawalpindi based Center,We are looking for someone who is Energetic and Committed to his work
Responsibilities:
- Attend customers’ phone calls on customer service helpline
- Provide information about products and claim process to customers
- Liaise with claims team and share claim status with claimants
- Take complaints and liaise with relevant team for timely resolution
- Retain customers who call to cancel subscriptions
- Make outbound calls to conduct customer surveys
- Share actionable feedback with supervisors to improve service quality
Timing:
Normal work hours: 6PM to 4 AM [Mon – Sat].
Shift schedule may be adjusted from time to time

pCall Center carries out sales and marketing activities which are mainly done through cold calling, we have been providing sufficient valuable information about company / product to people and convert them as a potential leads that turns into sales to its clients. Outbound calls are made by telemarketing agents to the customers where we typically use a predictive dialer so that a large number of calls can be made per hour./p
