ASSISTANT MANAGER HR DIGITALIZATION:
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist “Deputy Manager HR Digitalization” in embedded HR technologies i.e. SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft SharePoint Portal.
- Deliver functional & technical expertise in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors, also exhibit knowledge of key integration points and apply practical solutions as and when required.
- Demonstrate leadership in planning & facilitating end to end workshops, sharing industry best practices & applications of SAP globally.
- Provide regular and accurate status updates on assigned projects & support.
- Assist in business scenarios, planning and supervising day to day processes.
- Responsible for drafting HR Reports, drive Analytics and Metrics.
- Gather business requirements and drafting CRF’s for IT Team.
- Liaison with IT Team in testing the provided solution, monitoring implementation and verifying its impacts on FICO in UAT.
- Support organization in project implementation transition through knowledge transfer and proper documentation.
- Supporting HR Operations in day to day activities, Time Management, Payroll & Identifying areas that may require systems solutions.
- Analyzing the current utilization of system and suggesting the SAP Best practices for maximum utilization.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors project implementation or rollout experience.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM & SuccessFactors processes and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of solution techniques and methods.
- Candidate should have good command on Excel & BPR.
