- Responsible for the the smooth maintenance and operation of utility including compressors , RO plants , cooling towers , pumps and Generators.as well as process equipment

- Ensure reliablity and functionality of all machines with optimum efficiency.

- All corrective, preventive and shutdown maintenance activities planning and execution with effective supervision.

- To handle and manage breakdown , predictive and preventive maintenance with proper improvement techniques in the system

- Maintaining spares of all machines to avoid any stock out condition and reduce downtime duration at plant.

- To prepare and implement RCA and downtime analysis of all major faults occuring at plant.

- Maintain and implement documents like checklists, downtime sheets, history cards, daily shift progress reports etc

- Maintain good cooridnation with other user departement for smooth operation and timely compleiton of all running jobs/ users complains.

- Compliance to company rules and regulation and ensure HSE standards at work

- Ensure punctuality and good team work spirit with integrity , felxibilty and ownership.

- Sustain and maintain good relation with team for better productivity of deparment and plan frequent visit of floor to take immediate actions.
