ASSISTANT MANAGER SALES

Job Specifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably MBA)
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience (preferably in corporate/institutional sales)

Job Requirements:

To execute sales plan as given by the Sales Manager.
To retain existing customers and develop new businesses in the assigned territories.
Responsible for building the rapport through strong customer satisfaction and ensuring timely deliveries with quality material.
Plan and delegate weekly tasks/targets to the subordinates, develop strategies to achieve personal sales targets and motivate associates to optimize sales performance.
Interdepartmental correspondence for rate approvals & stocks availability with sales and logistics team.
Interdepartmental correspondence with finance and accounts for online payments receiving, refunds and broker commission claims.
Submitting weekly reports related to the team’s target achievement, new customers and recoveries to the manager.
Negotiate rates and finalize deals with clients according to company policy.
