ASSISTANT MANAGER SAP BASIS
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Computer Engineering
SAP Certification is required
Candidates with SUSE certification / hands on experience will be preferred.
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure 24x7 availability of SAP systems to all end-users
- Maintain and provide technical support for overall SAP systems landscape
- Use the Transport Management System to ensure the established SOPs for migration of configuration and development objects
- Implement patches and updates into the environment ensuring documentations and established SOPs
- Monitoring OS and DB performance of SAP servers, performance tuning if required, troubleshooting the SAP technical issues and minimizing risk to ensure high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance
- Database backup management and Cluster administration
- Install and configure SAP ECC and S/4 servers as per business requirement
- SAP User and Authorization management
- Monitor and manage SAP workprocess and background jobs
- Administration of SAP Success factors, CPI and Web Dispatcher.
