REGIONAL HEAD SALES (CENTRAL REGION)
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
Experience: At least 9-10 Years of experience from following industries:
To achieve sales and Collection target while ensuring the maximum availability of the company’s product and execution as per company guidelines and act as a guardian of the company assets deployed in the market i.e. Stockists, Sub Stockists/Retail.
1. Volume & Collection:
To ensure Retail Target volume & Collections achievement every month and suggest new ways to generate more sales. Provide accurate Sales forecast of his area through Retail Network. Design sales plan and strategies to further increase the market share and availability of Amreli Steels in assigned territory.
2. Availability Expansion:
To ensure new Retail Stockist are created and retained as per area potential.
3. Market and Stockist Visit:
To ensure TWICE a Week market visit as per assigned area. Generate orders from stockist and retail and sub stockists. To ensure that all data in the sales information systems pertaining to his area is cleansed, validated and updated on a regular basis. Prepare market visit reports and comprehensive monthly reports to gain a clear picture of assigned territory.
4. In-Outlet Execution:
To ensure In Store Execution in Stockist warehouse carried out by him as per Sales and Marketing Guidelines, ensure proper execution of all marketing initiatives in his area.
5. Competitor Intelligence:
To monitor and report competitor activity in his/her assigned area and suggest ways to counter them.
6. Equipment Management:
Supervise/ensure the proper injection/placement and optimal utilization of Company’s Assets in the market i.e. POS Material, Signage, etc.
7. Customer Relationship/Account Management:
Maintain customer collaboration and relationship with all the customers in his area to ensure that they remain loyal. To ensure proper handling of all customer complaints in a timely manner as per company guidelines. Maintain an updated fact sheet on every customer. He is also responsible for tracking & timely settlement of market accounts (Ledgers, Accounts Receivable, etc.)
8. Customer Services:
Provide customer service to all channel members of designated territory.
9. Team Management:
Responsible for training and developing teams.
