Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

The group, founded over 50 years ago, initially invested in manual hot-rolling technology & installed four re-rolling mills across Pakistan. In the 1970's, the group invested in the ship-breaking industry to feed its mills. By the early 80's a strong increase in the quantities & quality was foreseen. To cater to this demand, Amreli Steels scrapped all its manual re-rolling mills & imported the presently running fully automatic mill based on the latest rolling technology available in the world. During the past twenty years, we have achieved many milestones that have contributed to our success today.
