Posting of Customer Collection entries on Real time basis after verification from bank statements

Responsible for providing confirmations against online payments received in our bank accounts after verification from bank statements

Sorting of slips document wise in order to facilitate bank reconciliation team for month end reconciliation activity

Reporting Collection status to CFO, Financial Controller, Manager Accounts, Accounts Receivable Officer and Treasury Officer on daily basis

Responsible for knocking of customer advances against subsequent invoices on daily basis

Reconciliation of subsidiary customer GL’s (SPECIAL and NORMAL balances) in order to maintain accurate customer trial balance

Filing of proof of payments received from customers on every month end to preserve effective record

Liaison between sales team and banks in case any dispute arises

Arrange bank statements by requesting to banks on daily basis and month end for bank reconciliation team
