We are looking for a store incharge who will be responsible for:
- Effectively Managing resources to achieve performing targets.
- Material Management Including material Receiving, Inspection (Standards of
- Material), Short/Excess/Damage Reports, Binning, Packing, Dispatching & Reconciliation of Stock in hand.
- Control the other Projects tools & Plants demand.
- Responsible for all kind of Project / Workshop procurement.
- Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information
- to strategic plans and reviews;productivity, quality, and identifying warehouse system improvements.
- Maintain stock and inventory report.
- Preparing the Daily Issue Report / Balance Stock in Hand Status & Indents of required company’s tools & Plants to maintain the Stock Level.
- Auditing of stock in hand, issued & location of tools & Plants.
- Audit & preparation of reports of non-conforming, damaged, short material and B.E.R equipment’s.
- Auditing of filing system & documentation as per company standards.
- Tagging & stacking of Tools & Plants property.
- Maintain safety measures & performing duties as per ISO 9001 work instructions.
- Familiar with various Material management software, ERP (enterprises resources system), MMS (Material Management System).
- Maintain the inventory of all Fixed asset of the company( Furniture, Boundary wall, Fan, electrical appliance, Crockery)
