• Advises prospective Clients by making calls using mobile or VOIP.
  • Influences Clients to buy service by following a prepared script to give service reference information.
  • Documents transactions, enter and update client’s information by completing and Updating the CRM in an accurate fashion.  
  • Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; 
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand Client requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
