The purpose is to

  • Ensure that the quality of the fitness program is preserved consistently with growth so we can build a unique, strong and reliable brand name
  • Ensure fitness program at all the branches is meeting pre-set KPIs and Targets
  • Help build a strong Education & Training Program and supervise delivery of all Trainings.
  • Manage  Branch Managers to build and execute a strong fitness program at their branch including:
  • Planning and implementing a suitable class schedule
  • Manage hiring, training and utilization of instructors at the branch
  • Ensure instructor performance KPIs (including instructor retention, conversion of new clients, substitutions & leaves, late/cancelled classes, ratings and reviews etc.) meet their targets
  • Ensure quality metrics are met for classes at each branch
  • Build a strong & positive team culture that is line with our core values
  • Manage the training & Education department at the Head Office to:
  • Manage, Execute (and keep Improving) our  AIT certification:
  • Manage Application Process for all Applicants
  • Manage communication with Master Trainers, Operations team and candidates
  • Manage execution of pre-training activities including Auditions & Shortlisting as well as Operational Readiness for the Training (Training Packs, Materials, Studio Bookings etc.)
  • Manage execution of post-training activities including communication of results, collection and data basing of feedback, closing of the training cycle
  • Work with COO & CEO to build and execute further trainings and expand our Education Program
