A a newly formed boutique Management Consulting Agency, based in the UK.  We are an International Business Management Solutions firm, specialising in Business Efficiency, Human Resources, Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions.

The purpose of this role is to manage and undertake the effective administration of the company, ensure the social media (Instagram/Twitter/website) is managed effectively, support in producing and distributing marketing material, and support and manage the correspondence for the CEO.

Your role is the most internally crucial role for the organisation, and with its growth, will ensure yours.

Advertising and Social Media

  • Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
  • Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Plan content and delivery
  • Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote our organisation and brand
  • Create engaging multimedia content
  • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions

Executive Assistant

  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
  • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
  • Using various software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Making travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • Opening, sorting emails, and other correspondence and organizing to-do lists for CEO.
  • Provide general administrative support.
