Recruit (Technical and Non-Technical) positions by preparing job descriptions and specifications, advertise vacancies on job portals, sourcing, screening, arrange assessments, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, offer negotiations, candidate follow-ups.
• Must have a BPO/Call Centre, Mass Hiring, or Software house experience
• Conducting initial screening interviews; making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided.
• Shortlist candidates as per job competencies together with the culture and core values of the organization
• Manage the smooth execution of the Onboarding process with the newly hired employee.
• Manage complete database of resume’, applicant forms, call log, interview schedule sheet, etc.
• Prepare and timely execution of job offer to the new inductee.
• Headhunt on different recruitment platforms for sourcing talent for vacant positions, moreover build and maintain effective data sources through internal CV database.
• Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
• Compile and update employee records and recruitment records (hard and soft copies).
• Complete documentation of all the new hires.
• Develop and facilitate all new-hire orientations.
• Gather and maintain personnel records from all employees from each department.
