As an HR Executive you will be responible to:

Look after the whole hiring process - from rectuitment till onboarding.
Posting Job ads on various channels.
Collecting CV's and Screenning accoriding to Job Description and Job Specification.
Scan candidates in online marketplaces, reach out to those who are qualified and matches the job criteria.
Scheduling and conducting interviews.
Closing the positions timely.
Maintaining Personnel files and records on HR software.
Issuing all kind of HR letters.
Dealing employee grievances.
Conducting Exit interviews.
And other day-to-day assigned tasks.

To be an HR Executive you must be:

BBA/MBA - HR from a reputable institute.
Possess excellent command over MS Office.
Possess good Communication skills.
Able to work under pressure.
