District: Rawalpindi
Tehsil: THQ Hospital Taxila, THQ Hospital Kallar Syedan, THQ Hospital Gujar Khan, THQ Hospital Kotli Sattian, THQ Hospital Murree, THQ Hospital Kahuta, THQ Hospital Wah General Taxila,
Responsibilities
- Responsible of Daily Scanning / De-scanning of waste bags at THQ Hospital Level.
- Responsible for Maintaining / Updating / uploading the data on Hospital Waste Management Software.
- Responsible of Hospital Waste Management Software Reporting.
- Responsible of preparing and submitting Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports of infectious waste to District Manager.
- Responsible to ensure the duties of respective staff of THQ Hospital as per the duty rosters.
- Responsible to prepare and submit the Biometric Attendance Report of THQ Hospital Staff to District Manager.
- Responsible to ensure the implementation of services as per HWM Rules in respective THQ Hospital.
- Responsible for Supervision of Collection, Transportation, Storage and Disposal of the infectious hospital waste at THQ Hospital.
- Responsible for Supervision of the Maintenance of Hospital Infectious Waste Management Equipment Majorly Yellow Vehicle, IT Equipment, HWM Software, Waste Trolley at THQ Hospital.
