• Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
  • Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
  • Responsible to maintain the HR working on ERP software and on reliable HR management system.
  • Responsible to ensure the requirements of EOBI, PESSI, Labor laws of Pakistan considering the HR requirement of Company.
  • Responsible to ensure planning working and submission of salaries, overtime relivers, general expense, EOBI, PESSI to the accounts department in real time.
  • Responsible to maintain CV bank on all the positions for efficient and effective HR working to fill out the positions stipulated required timelines.
  • Responsible for efficient resume screening to scrutinize best suitable candidates on vacant positions.
  • Responsible to administer self-assessment tests and screening calls for efficient optimization of interview processes.
  • Responsible to administer background and reference checks to ensure effective selection and hiring mechanism.
  • Responsible to keep coordination with technical institutes / hiring institutes / latest hiring mediums to maintain sufficient backup resources.
  •  Responsible to maintain HR requirements as per project needs and to maintain the documentations complete to meet audit requirements.
  • Prepare the (minutes of the meeting) of internal meeting and circulate among all the relevant officials after the approval of top management.  Responsibilities and timelines as defined by the top management must be incorporated in the minutes for further follow-up. Keep follow up on all decisions made for compliance within the defined timelines.
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
  • Writes and delivers presentations to top management regarding human resources policies and practices.
  • Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Responsible to personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for reporting.
  • Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety.
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
  • Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
  • Administers vacations, sick leaves, leaves of absence, and employee assistance.
  • Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
  • Prepares budget of human resources operations
  • Responsible to supervise all the administrative matters including but not limited to kitchen management, admin office staff management, executive’s admin management and event management etc.
  • Any other assignment given by the top management.
