Should be able to plan MEP services using AutoCAD and Revit.
Should be able to work from rough sketches and specification created by Civil Engineers and Architect.
Should be able to take off MEP quantities.
Should have in-depth knowledge of MEP design, construction process and drawing standards
Should be able to follow specification and calculation to create various technical drawings
Should be able to perform calculations for material.
Should be able to Communicate with architects and Engineers.
Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside engineering team.
Should be able to critically review the relevant documents prior to start of shop drawings e.g., IFC, Project specifications etc.
Should be familiar with Building Construction Standard
