We are looking for a dynamic team leader who will work for the International brands dedicated to improving the health and quality of life through its products in Pakistan.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Relevant experience and extensive corporate knowledge of the Pakistani market (preferably in the bottled water industry or clean water industry and solar lights sector).
- Having good knowledge of Sales, City and countrywide, in bottled water brands and their markets. (Preferably 19-liter water bottle in corporate, school, and hospitals, etc.).
- Having exceptional leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse clientele including B2B, Corporate and Multi-national companies, with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meeting targets.
- Capable of working with Regional managers and can execute and implement innovative go-to-market strategies with the sales team
- Ability to work with multiple clientele & competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident self-starter with competitive drive, initiative, decisiveness, and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions.
- Able to execute and implement strategies and have the ability to meet the targets.
