Arino a growing E-Store is in need of highly talented and well-experienced person (male) to fill the post of E-Commerce Customer Care Representative.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Receive voice, chat and e-mail interactions and initiate prompt and relevant response
  • Route call, answer, or make notes to follow up
  • Obtain information necessary to process orders
  • Work with Account Managers, Technical Support, and Sales Staff to ensure customer’s questions are resolved
  • Handles inbound inquiries in regards to sales support, technical support, basic product and service questions
  • Record all customer interactions and ensure that all questions/queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Obtain customer feedback information to improve our customer’s experience
  • Interact and communicate order fulfillment issues and/or requests with our supplier and vendor partners
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Other Qualities:

  • Excellent attention to details is a must- Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Ability to correctly calculate figures and amounts
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Good understanding of e-commerce business and tools
  • Experienced in using internet-based chat, instant messaging and related communication tools- Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Must be proficient in typing quickly and accurately

Experience:

  • Experience with online merchant/vendor call center strongly preferred

Educational Qualification:

  • Intermediate/B.Com
