Inspect fire equipment installations and area etc to ensure that no fire hazard exists.
Ensure availability of medical facilities in case of emergency.
Supervise cleaning and hygiene of the offices.
To ensure security of the Project, stores and workers etc
Organize and review security measures to ensure security of the project, stores and workers, etc.
Monitor staff and material in and out from factory premises
Responsible to keep proper record of visitors and delivery of stores etc
Process and maintain vehicle demand of the employees
Allocate vehicle as per demand forwarded by deptt/person following proper requisition slip.
Monitor vehicle movement
Prepare transport related bills
Prepares, arranges & ensures repairs / maintenance requirement (Priority Wise) of buildings spread over 12 months with estimated monthly requirement of funds.
Arranges and ensure regular maint / repair of Office equipment / furniture.
Purchase of vehicle spare parts as per approval.
Works as Economy Officer and recommend economy measures.
