Job Summary

The job position of Group Head HR AWT Group will plan, lead, direct, develop and coordinate the HR operational process, policies & procedures and would manage the staff of the Human Resource (HR) Department of AWT Group, with a direct reporting to Director HR, AWT. The position holder would primarily ensure the implementation of the AWT’s mission in accordance with the HR talent management strategy across AWT Head Office and its Business Units. The incumbent would also be responsible for compliance with all the legal and statutory requirements in accordance with the State Laws on the subject.
