- Management of all R&D Projects
- Management of day to day functioning of QA Dept., including Laboratory,
- Factory Quality Control, Receiving Inspection and Shop Returns/Claim.
- Assist production in all technical issues.
- Management of EHS related activities.

- The goal is to help preserve our reputation by ensuring that our products and servicesare capable to drive sustainable growth.
- To oversee and manage the Quality Assurance Department with the day to dayresponsibilities.
- To oversee the evaluation of the finished product for both quality and reliability
- Leads and coordinates the work flow within the department
- To create a close rapport with the overseas Quality Teams
- Monitor factory performance and follow-ups
- Establish close working relationship with distribution center QA Manager
- Solve and communicate quality related problemsTrains, develops and manages the QA Associates and prepares qualified candidatesfor personal growth and success
- Performs a variety of tasks related to the finished product
- Follow-up on International quality claims
- Performs other duties as assigned to run production operations smoothly by putting right efforts for quality and meeting required specifications with providing correct recipes. More over work on Cost Saving formulas with having knowledge about latest technologies, innovations about machines and materials along with their benefits and customized usage for own unit.
