To plan schedule of activities for Sales , Marketing and Advertising with the cooperation of All concern Departments.
To ensure timely execution of all tasks according to the schedule of activities.
To prepare budget for each season as per campaign.
To carefully select Customer and establish Customer data base.
To establish independent identity for different brands and promote them according there profile and segment.
To keep a strict check on the expenses.
To closely coordinate with the Production Managers for timely production.
To brief Customers / Industry on various features and products.
To obtain creative proposals from bulk sales.
To ensure proper administration of his Department.To liaise with influential people for the proper projection of public relation activities.
To improve on prevailing standard of Customer care.
Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customerbase
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
