职位介绍

  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team,
  • Developing/implementing sales strategies and working with the team to achieve set performance targets,
  • Coaching the team in on-field settings and guiding it towards adding value to every customer interaction,
  • Continually assessing sales processes to identify improvement opportunities/efficiencies.
  • Analyzing sales data for drawing strategy conclusions.
  • Maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
  • Meet with clients who need specialized attention or who are experiencing a difficult situation. They also assist sales agents who need guidance with client meetings and communication.
  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team.
  • Work on sales scripts with agents.
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
  • Plan and direct sales team training.
  • Control expenses and monitor budgets.
