Asian Inspection Services looking for an HR Executive to support our Human Resources department.
Job Description:
- Maintaining employee records,
- Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
- Maintains Time management.
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, and days off.
- Assist in payroll management, preparation, and payment.
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruitment in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
- Create reports for senior management.
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
Requirement:
- Minimum Graduation from a reputable institute. (HR degree will be preferred)
- Good in MS office
- Good communication skills
- Experience 1-3 years on similar role
