JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY

This position is responsible for coordination with CFTUs and branches for data collection and for onwards submission to SBP and internal management. Timely submission of Trade related approval cases on SBP Portal. Monitoring of Reports of trade transactions

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Please mention 5-8 main responsibilities covering these 04 aspects;

Financials, Process & Systems, Service Quality & People Management

Weight-age (total 100%)

Coordination with Central Foreign Trade Units (CFTUs) for ensuring timely submission of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Statements required by management, Compliance Division etc.

Submission of consolidated data of Un-Utilized Export Advance Payment, Overdue Form-E, Penalty on Import Advance Payment to SBP.

Handling of Trade related cases for SBP approval through SBP Regulatory Approvals System.

Handling of Trade related queries and data as and whenever required by State Bank of Pakistan.

20 %

Monitoring of Reports of trade transactions especially Un-utilized Export Advance Payment, Import Advance Payment, Overdue Forms-E data etc. Handled at CFTUs and submission to management
