• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Dealing with insurance companies, Social Security & EOBI
  • Making sure availability of electrical equipment, Sanitation &Security.
  • To maintain the record of car, motor cycles, computer and record of the same issued to employees.
  • To maintain the record of handing taking over of vehicles, bikes, computers.
  • To maintain and update record of Insurance, Registration and Log Books of all cars, bikes, pick-ups, tractors.
  • To check and sign the attendance register weekly.
  • Make different SOP’s for smooth working of the company.
  • Checking all expenses of employees and verifying the amounts.
  • Coordinated and manages the various administrative activities for an organization.
  • Head Office Budgeting for Expense Control.
  • Ensure that every subordinate is working as per defined JD’s.
  • Manage complete data of your subordinate is your responsibility.
  • To take required action legally or personally against theft, fraud or any other violation.
